غزوہ خیبر میں حضرت سلمہ بن اکوع کو ٹانگ میں تلوار کا زخم لگ گیا۔وہ حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کے پاس آئے۔آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے اس پر تین مرتبہ دم کر دیا پھر انہیں کوئی شکایت محسوس نہیں ہوئی۔صرف نشان رہ گیا تھا۔  (صحیح بخاری)

 ghazwa khaibar main hazrat salma ben akoo ko taang main talwar ka zakhm lag gayaanwah hazur sali allah aleeh waalah wasalam ke pass aayeen. ap sali allah aleeh waalah wasalam né es par thin martabah dome kor dia phar unhein koei shikayat mahsoos naheen hui. seraf nishan rah gaya thai. (sahih bukhari)

  In the Battle of Khyber, Hazrat Salma bin Aku suffered a sword wound in the leg. They came to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) rebuked him three times and he did not feel any complaint. Only the mark was left. (Sahih Bukhari)
