       حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم مدینہ میں تشریف لائے تو حضرت انس کی والدہ انہیں لے کر حضور صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کی خدمت میں لے کر آئیں اور ان کے لئے دعا کی درخواست کی۔آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ترقی مال و اولاد کی دعا دی۔ حضرت انس کا بیان ہے کہ آج اس دعا کی برکت سے میرے پاس بہ کثرت دولت ہے،میرے لڑکے اور پوتوں کی تعداد سو کے قریب پہنچ چکی ہے۔اس دعا کا یہ اثر بھی تھا کہ حضرت انس بن مالک کا باغ سال میں دو بار پھل دیتا تھا اس باغ میں ایک پھول کا درخت تھا جس سے مشک کی بو آتی تھی۔(مسلم)

English

    When the Holy Prophet (sa) came to Madinah, Hazrat Anas's mother brought him to the service of the Holy Prophet sa and requested him to pray for him. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) prayed for the development of wealth and children. Hazrat Anas said that with the blessings of this prayer today, I have a lot of wealth, the number of my sons and grandchildren has reached close to 100. The effect of this prayer was that the garden of Hazrat Anas bin Malik used to bear fruit twice a year, there was a flower tree in this garden which smelled of musk. (Muslim)
